This truely is our speciality. It is essential to get the body moving and pelvic floor muscles working correctly and to regain strength post pregnancy.
The focus in class is mostly on gaining core strength, as well as postural and muscular awareness, but the aim is to also get your muscles strong to assist you when lifting, holding, nursing and changing your little ones.
Each class includes exercises designed to work for you while allowing your baby to be alongside you (we even have baby mats!) Our classes are designed to get our mums moving and smiling, as well as a time for you to tone and stretch your entire body.
