Due to COVID-19, we have many options to help you move in a safe and positive environment. We offer in studio classes 1 on 1 private classes, live Zoom classes and online @home pre-recorded classes, each giving you variety to workout to your own comfort.
The best thing I’ve ever done is join Life Ready Studio! Teri and Tessa are both wonderful instructors who have helped me increase my strength, posture and flexibility through their Pilates teaching methods. Highly recommend joining!
The best part of the classes for me personally – including the variety of classes to choose from – is that the duration of the classes vary. I can do a class during my work day, so I will choose a class based on the duration that fits into gaps in my day.

I just wanted to say that I am LOVING the virtual classes (of course it doesn’t beat coming into the studio)! Though it must be a little odd ‘ talking’ to people through the camera, I feel like you are still really talking to and encouraging me directly.

This truely is our speciality. It is essential to get the body moving and pelvic floor muscles working correctly and to regain strength post pregnancy.
The focus in class is mostly on gaining core strength, as well as postural and muscular awareness, but the aim is to also get your muscles strong to assist you when lifting, holding, nursing and changing your little ones.
Each class includes exercises designed to work for you while allowing your baby to be alongside you (we even have baby mats!) Our classes are designed to get our mums moving and smiling, as well as a time for you to tone and stretch your entire body.
